When I was a real estate agent, I received lots of quality printed Brochures from my real estate broker. And I would love to hand these Brochures over to my prospect home buyers whenever I find anyone to be interested with buying the properties that I was selling. I even distributed my Brochures with few of my relatives and friends who showed interest with investing into some real estate.

During the time of being tired of working as an agent, I was thinking that it would be the most appropriate moment for me to upgrade into a real estate broker and have all the commissions form those properties that I will be selling. I started gathering information already on how to become a real estate broker but then I didn’t have much time left because my Visa in going abroad was approved quickly.

Since then and now that I am here with my family, what I need to do is to study about real estate and how to be a real estate broker in the place of where I am presently living. I know that this career will give me some promising thing in the future for my family’s benefits. And I am so excited. Hope I can pass the exam to be a licensed real estate broker!
