For me, having debts, loans and all the payables is so hard to handle! In fact, I am so afraid of making one! If I make a credit purchase, I will see to it that I will pay it before the first due date. And not the portion of the payable but I will see to it that I will pay the whole amount. I will not also borrow those amounts or I will not make a credit if I am not capable of paying such things! I already tried making a credit before but it takes me years before I paid it fully. So, the result, I’m phobia with credits, debts, loans and all the payables.

But I’m thinking what if I will have home loan! This thing is not an easy thing to deal with. Home loans are big even for a manufactured home. Not unless, I will have to purchase those low cost housing in PH. But what about here in the US, it is so expensive to have a home loan in here!

I am also thinking that if I will make a home loan, will my application be approved in my present place now? Well, I don’t have much in my credit score and in my credit history! So, I don’t have anything to show that I have good records and that I am capable of paying big amount of loans and other credits.

Hmmm, this is just my thinking about home loans and such! Who knows someday somehow I will make one for my family! Though, I know that time will be in the coming years! I mean, when it is time for me to work, I guess, that will be a big decision for me of whether it will be good that my family will have another home to live or not through making home loan! Well, time will just tell, I guess!

For now, the best thing that I will check is to read and find good resources about home loans so that I will learn a lot before deciding to have one in years to come! It is nice to be prepared and knowledgeable on certain things, you know! Hmmm, am I right?
