My former teacher in college has a metastatic breast cancer. She’s now a retired teacher but she’s into direct selling so as to divert herself from the health problem that she has. And the last time I know, she’s undergoing some chemotherapy. There are different breast cancer stages and I’m not sure what stage she’s having.

And since I have lots of classmates before who are now successful in their lives, sometimes, they will send some financial help for her. Some will send three hundred dollars; some more and others will just share minimal amount which will depend on their spare savings. Everybody is doing this so as to help with her breast cancer treatment since this will cost her a lot. Though, she is not poor but she’ not that rich either! Anyway, these people are helping her with her finances since she’s one of best teachers in the school before.

In my case, since I’m not that gifted financially for now, I’m hoping that someday somehow I can also send something for her. Even just few bucks, I’m sure, when I will share something to her, she will be happy in receiving it. This is a sort of me saying THANK U for all the knowledge that she shared to me when I was still her student.
