Anyway, looking for skilled managers and workers is such a hard thing to do, mostly, when accepting applications, conducting interviews, exams, etc. But there is one thing that is convenient and that is to look for some skilled people in a company which knows interim management.

Just like what my friend shared to me, that Interim Management is one of the good choices when looking for the right workers who are skilled and professionals. This is what she said because that’s what she’s experiencing in her business these days. If not because of interim management, probably, she can’t have her company function effectively. She also added that whenever she will be expanding her business, she will still look for good employees from Interim Management.

Hmmm, I am glad that my friend is now one of the most successful business women. How I wish she has her business here in my town so that I can work for her even with the least position. I will be glad to be with her since she’s my very good friend.

At any rate, if such case that you are also looking for good managers and skilled workers; try to search for it at the interim management. Surely, you can find different people who are worthy to be one of your trusted employees!

With me making some WP themes before, I can’t distinguish between small and large fonts. I don’t know the reasons for that but it seems I am kind of blind with small and big fonts not unless it’s super big I can identify it. It is similar to being blind with some colors like blue and violet, pink and violet, pink and red. But there is one thing that I like with customizing my own blog themes and that is to appreciate all the available colors aside from applying my boring designs! *wink* *wink* *wink*

This is supposedly for tacos but I don’t want to eat it. So, after my loves prepare his share on his plate, I prepare some vegetables and cook the ground beef again. I also put some olives to make it more delicious. I pair this one with jasmine rice. And it’s so yummy!

When we still had our RV, we made it to a point that we put RV awnings for it in order to protect it from the sun, snow, and rain. Though, it’s not the biggest of all, but we loved it that much since we always use our RV whenever we would be having mountain excursion or whenever he would be going to have fishing in any lakes that he wanted to explore. But we gave it up and we sold it for some financial reasons.

Anyway, we are hoping we can purchase another roving vehicle again so that we can use it whenever our whole family will be having camping, mountain excursion and or fishing. Now that we have a baby, we really need to purchase another RV before exploring the nature so that we will be safe whenever we will go. Also, we will see to it that the next RV that we will be purchasing will be equipped with the things that we need. We love nature a lot and we need to explore our baby to it so that he will appreciate the beauty of God’s creation. Though, we are not sure yet when we will be purchasing this thing again!

This is my simple dinner. It’s jasmine rice with baked fish. I also put lemon and then mixed with soy sauce. Then I have a lettuce. This is so yummy. Though, I want my fish to be more cooked and crispier. Next time, I will see to it that I will cook it more!

I was chatting with my friend Aileen who’s living in LA. She said life’s so fine with her now that she’s with her husband. And she will be having a baby girl this February and that’s her first baby.

Anyway, she asked me if I know how to drive but I told her that I am still reading the handbook in which I was neglecting for all these years of living here with my family. I asked her what car she owned and she said that she has the latest Honda Civic. She also imparted to me that her car is so nice and it will help her save some gasoline.

Though, one time, she had a problem with the head gasket. But it’s just solved when she brought her beautiful Honda Civic at the most trusted Los Angeles auto repair shop. She’s glad that she’s able to have her car fixed quickly and the mechanic who served her was fast and professional.

At the end of our conversation, she was encouraging me to buy this brand with this particular model. My answer was, it will depend on my budget and if when will I be having my driver license!

As mortal human beings, we only have one life to live here on earth. Since that’s the truth, we should make the most positive things in life in order to live a better life. In this world, there is no perfection but we can do all the positive things to cure these imperfections. Though, life is imperfect, we have the choice of being happy with it!

My friend is working in one of the best San Diego auto repair center. He is working there for more than 10 years now and that’s right after graduating from college. Anyway, since he has a good paying job, he bought different vehicle that he likes. And one of the vehicles that he owns is Ford F-150. And he loves this truck so much as he is using this almost every day. And the good thing for him as a mechanic is that it will be easy for him to check engine light if he has problem with it.

This is the nice thing of being able to know how to do some repairs with any vehicle. Though, sometimes, he needs to bring it to the auto shop of where he is working if there are some mechanical problems that needs special tools in which he can only have at his work. But don’t think that there is no fee for that. Even if he is the mechanic he will still pay for the usage of the high tech equipments but with a discounted price.

Anyway, I am so thankful that he shares his life to me along with his happiness of having the capabilities of taking care of his own family and his family in Ph. So, happy that he is so blessed since he is able to help those people whom he wants to help with!

I have a classmate in college who shared to me that undergoing regression was that expensive which will depend if a teacher or a professor who will perform the process. Anyway, regression is like a thing of looking back with the past life through some processes. She then asked me the reason of why I wanted to undergo regression. So, I told to her my reasons. But as a psychology student, she advised me that I need to look back at my past experiences and see those things that keeps on flashing in my mind which would result of my negative attitude or negative reactions with those things that I hated most. Once I did, I learned of why I became hateful with those things and those persons. To sum up, I was so thankful with that friend of mine in sharing to me the simple tip for me to heal myself slowly in which I didn’t need to under that expensive regression analysis!

After paying my buyer’s credit, I need to save more since I want to have another investment. Want to know what’s it all about? I want to invest on CDs. That is why, right now, I am trying to dig more about cd rates. I am curious with how CD will work and how will I earn interest with it.

At any rate, I tried investing on something middle of last year but it’s just around 6 months I give it up since I don’t have much left to still keep that small investment this year and in the coming years. So, as early as now, I’d better let go of it. Though, I am still hoping to have it back again in the coming years once I will be having enough savings.

With that experience that I have of investing on something for around six months, I want to try another thing that will give me more hope of earning enough. And I find certificate of deposits or CDs interesting. But first and foremost, I need to have enough savings for this thing. After which, I will research more on where I can open a certificate of deposit. I just love investing on things that will give me much interest in the future.
